Capacity

Gas Fired hot air generator Capacity ranges from 30 Thousand KCal to 30 Lakh KCal per Hour.

Operation

The hot Flue gas created in the burning chamber would be controlled to go through banks/heaps of warmth exchanger (plain or finned), which would get warmed by conduction and move something similar to the Drier’s vaporous medium, the later being designedly structured to discard the cylinder’s (and additionally fin’s) hot external surfaces as it were.

Benefits of Gas Fired HAG

High Efficiency, Lower Costs

Achieve up to 98% thermal efficiency, significantly reducing fuel use and cutting operational expenses compared to traditional wood-fired units.

Precision & Reliability

Enjoy accurate temperature control and stable performance for consistent drying and uninterrupted operations.

Clean & Contaminant-Free Heat

Delivers pure hot air—ideal for sensitive industries like food, pharma, and chemicals. Indirect models keep combustion gases separate from process air.

Fast Heating, Multi-Industry Use

Quick start-up and wide application across textiles, food, agro, construction, and chemicals for drying, curing, and heating.

Eco-Friendly & Compliant

Cleaner combustion means lower emissions, helping you meet environmental regulations and reduce wood usage.

Modern gas HAGs feature a space-saving design and are easy to retrofit into existing setups.

Our drying system achieves uniform and gentle drying of fryums, facilitating longer storage and warehousing without degradation.

Safer & Low Maintenance

Improved safety with cleaner burning and minimal residue, resulting in less maintenance and fewer breakdowns.

Lower Long-Term Costs

With reduced fuel use, low maintenance, and efficient operation, enjoy substantial savings over time.

Energy Efficiency

Direct heating minimizes heat loss, with some systems reporting up to 30–40% energy , savings over older methods.

Other Advantages

Heating

Reaches target temperatures quickly, reducing production delays.

Versatility

Adaptable to different fuels and a wide range of temperatures—from gentle drying to high-heat industrial applications.

Precise Temperature Control

Digital systems maintain tight temperature tolerances, crucial for sensitive processes.

Lower Maintenance

Fewer moving parts and straightforward design contribute to reliability and reduced upkeep.
