Operation
A convective drying system is used in the Peanut drying machine. To avoid irregular feeding by manual input, the peanut is continuously supplied into the dryer directly from storage or warehouse.
Similarly, in this cycle, peanut are stored in the compartment, and hot air flows through the perforated walls of the perforated compartment in the middle of the material compartment to decrease the moisture content of the peanut.
To achieve the best results, the compartment is designed to provide proper overturning of the soybean so that the general surface of the soybean interacts with the hot air blown.
A valve is set at the exit point allowing controlled outcomes in order to achieve the ideal timing of the hot air blown and the peanut, resulting in the optimum moisture decrease and cooling of peanut in a single step activity that is continuous and uninterrupted.
